Experiences Gift Card T&Cs

Can be used to book tickets online for experiences at any Bristol Museums site.

Experiences include any ticketed exhibitions, special events, family activities, walks, tours, talks, workshops and bookable Working Exhibits experiences.

The Experience Gift Card is redeemable online only, you cannot use the experience gift card to buy tickets from the museum box office. The Experience Gift Card cannot be used to buy items from our shops or online shop. Experience Gift Cards are not redeemable for third-party run events.

Shop Gift Card T&Cs

For use to buy shop items from our online shop or in-store at Bristol Museums sites. Our main Bristol Museums shops are at Bristol Museum & Art Gallery and M Shed, with smaller shops at Blaise Museum, The Red Lodge Museum and The Georgian House Museum.

Shop Gift Cards cannot be used to buy tickets for our exhibitions, events or experiences. Shop Gift Cards are available to buy online or in-store at our museums. Whether purchased in-store or online, your gift card code will be emailed to you – they are not issued as physical cards.

Anything else

You may need to pay the remaining balance if the amount on the gift card is less than the total amount outstanding when redeeming. We cannot give you change when you make a purchase with a gift card.

Experience and Shop Gift Cards don’t currently have expiry dates.
